The apartment is located in a new building. It is a flat ground floor of 100 square meters, with private access from the street with just a few steps at the entrance. The interiors are furnished in a sober and functional way, designed to offer you the better stay.

The apartment is composed by a living room, a dining room for having breakfast, a kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed which can be divided into two single beds just in case. Both bedrooms have air conditioning inside and both have private bathroom with hairdryer. The flat have access to the garden. Wi-fi is included.

You can easily park your car on the quiet and safe street just in front of the house or you can park your motorbikes and bikes on the covered garage.
